Export clerk in sales (m/f/d)

Who we are:

Drache Umwelttechnik GmbH develops, produces and sells ceramic foam filters for the melt filtration of cast metals as well as solid ceramics and systems for continuous aluminum casting.
We are looking for a committed and qualified export clerk (m/f/d) to strengthen our sales team. Our company stands for innovation, quality and customer satisfaction.

Your Tasks:

  • Preparation of quotations and complete domestic/export order processing for new and existing customers
  • Contact person for our international clientele
  • Domestic order processing/ export incl. invoicing
  • Domestic/export forwarding activities incl. preparation of all shipping documents
  • Letter of credit processing/ collection business
  • Responsibility for customs and export documents, forwarding matters incl. request for quotation, deadline monitoring, invoice control
  • Creation of order confirmations and export documents
  • Close cooperation with other departments (production, purchasing, shipping, etc.), including complaints processing

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification with an affinity for international sales in an industrial company
  • Sound, long-standing export and customs experience, expertise in the processing of letters of credit
  • High customer orientation, independent and autonomous way of working
  • Experienced with MS Office and ideally experience with the ERP system Navision 2018/ BC365
  • Willingness to travel for customer visits and trade fairs
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Second foreign language desirable
